Refund Policy

Because many items are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or created by independent makers, we offer limited returns.

 

1. Damaged Items

 

If your item arrives damaged:

 

Contact us within 48 hours

 

Provide photos of the damage

 

We will work with the creator to replace or refund your item

 

 

2. Returns for Unwanted Items

 

We do not accept returns for:

 

Change of mind

 

Items that are custom, personalised, or handmade

 

Items used or not in original condition

 

 

3. Incorrect Items

 

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a correction or refund.

 

4. Refund Processing Time

 

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

 

5. Cancellations

 

Orders can only be cancelled before the creator has dispatched the item.

Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
